Quality Requirements

I am looking for expert proofreaders to correct articles on various IT work cultures, exam experiences, interviews, hiring journeys, and stories that is beneficial to the industry. Login to your shared folder and check if new contents are available to proofread. Choose any article and follow the below quality criterion before you submit your article below. Do not change the MS Word doc file name.

  1. Once you are ready with your article, verify your content in Grammarly. Ideally, I would expect no red highlights by the quality checker.

  1. Verify if the content is at least 1500 words long. Make short paragraphs of no more than 120-150 words, and sometimes even an occasional one-sentence paragraph is fine. If you feel or if you are in doubt if you should edit a portion for enhanced clarity, in most cases you should. The reader will always find it harder to read your content than you.

  1. Use heading or subheadings after every 250-300 words. No one wants to read a long block of text or several small blocks of text with no intuitive feel of context. Headings should clearly depict what the following content is about.

  1. Verify your content in Plagiarism Detector. The ideal Unique score is at least 95%. Plagiarism red flags due to accidental content matches with unrelated sites, or when quoting a few words from a leading site, is okay. Impress your readers with your accuracy.

Articles will be approved in 4-5 weeks. Payments will be processed by the 7th of the following month after approval. For example, if you submit an article on March 2nd, you can expect approval on April 6th, and payment on May 7th.
